Reader Bee & The Story Tree
Every game in Reader Bee works together to create the golden “aha” moment when the letters become words, words become stories and your child becomes a reader.
Learning to read with this app is a joy because kids get just the right information at the right time for their growing brains to take in sounds and shapes of letters.

Reader Bee Word Builder
Now kids’ stories can come back to life with magic pictures that transform into words and back again with a tap. Kids can browse through dozens of fanciful pictures to inspire their tale-telling and jumpstart their spelling.
The Honeycomb Keyboard lets young children see and write rhyming words (cat, hat, sat) and sight words (with, the, and, is) with one swipe through the letters, helping them learn to read as well as write.

Reader Bee Letter Sounds
A new app from the Award-Winning Reader Bee series comes Reader Bee Runaway, an app for emerging readers designed to help them split off the first sound in words, and match that sound to a letter. It’s a new and fun way for children to learn and practice phonics for all 26 alphabet letters. Children catch a toy marching along a path, and drag it to a matching letter, or “give it to the rabbit” if it doesn’t match. There are 260 toys, ten for each letter, so there is plenty of variety.

Reader Bee Sophie Stories
Sophie Stories introduce children to “the alphabetic principle” (that letters make sounds, and sounds gain meaning when they come together to make a word). Sophie Stories also build “phonemic awareness, learning specific sounds of words. But unlike workbook pages so common in school work, Sophie provides a delightful context for playing with sound.

Reader Bee Letter Pairing
In Reader Bee’s Match Big and Little Letters Game, children match capital and lower case letters while Wizding letter people play tag. Children focus on on big letter, and choose one of 3 little letters to match it. The letters come in “daisy sets” of 7 or 8 letters to keep the conceptual load down. Clues that come up during play help children match capital and lower case letters easily. The app assesses children’s accuracy while they play and awards one of five ribbons for each daisy letter set, then brings children to play until they are fluent with all the daisy sets of letters.

Reader Bee Big Letters
Reader Bee Big Letters is a kindergarten and first grade app that guides children in forming capital letters, and learning one use for the big letters—starting a sentence. Each word in the sentence uses only one sound per letter, and all words are short so young children can read the sentence. The magic comes when children swap out one of three picture words to make a new silly sentence by dropping the picture into the sentence. Then children can color a silly illustration for the sentence and print it.
